BIOGRAPHY

Camila Laguette, a globetrotting communicator with a passion for photography, music, and openmindedness. Born in El Paso, Texas, and raised in the vibrant city of Chihuahua, Mexico, Camila has cultivated a diverse background and a profound appreciation for cultural diversity.

Camila holds a double major in Communication and French, having pursued her education at both the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) and the renowned ILCF in Paris.

 

Her academic journey was complemented by enriching experiences, including working with the United Nations in Bangkok, volunteering for the Special Olympics, and contributing to a public health institution in Mexico City. She taught French language and culture at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Chihuahua City,  and also coordinated the school's multicultural program, fostering cross-cultural understanding and appreciation.

In her pursuit of photography excellence, she attended photography workshops at the Rocky Mountain School of Photography in Montana, and honed her skills at Garciaferro Workshops in Mexico. Currently, she is deepening her craft by pursuing an online Master's in Professional Photography at LABASAD in Barcelona, Spain.

 

In her free time, you'll find her immersed in the enchanting world of music, collecting vinyl records, and exploring the mystical realm of crystals. She's a devoted yogi and a spiritual seeker, constantly seeking balance and harmony in her life.
